As your local REALTOR®, superior service is my goal. Every real estate transaction is different, so I make sure to keep you in the know about the progress of your unique buying or selling situation. That way, you are able to make the best decision for your goals. Communication is the most important aspect to our working relationship. You will know, without a doubt, that I am there for you at all times and that you won’t miss a thing.
I worked for the Army as a DoD Civilian for 35 years and bring my values of honesty, integrity, and selfless service to every client I meet. I am a very loyal person, so you can rest assured knowing that I will work for your needs as if they were my own. We are in this together and you can trust my experience to guide you home.
Clients
There are three main steps I take with all of my clients during our time together. I like to call the first part our interview process. This is simply us taking the time to review your needs, your wants, and everything in between so that I have a full understanding of your unique situation and can adapt my service to fit your specific goals. Next, I go over the full process in detail so you know what to expect and outline different strategies in order to help us determine the path that will help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Lastly, I manage the process on your behalf and walk you through each step until we reach settlement. At no time during this process will you ever feel alone. I will be right next to you the entire time and available for anything you might need.
As a dually licensed agent, I am able to serve clients in Lancaster, Chester and York counties in Pennsylvania as well as Cecil and Harford counties in Maryland. I have spent time camping in Lancaster for the majority of my adult life and this experience allowed me to learn about this region from an insider’s perspective and appreciate everything it has to offer. In addition, I had been transferred to a Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD during my time serving the military, which helped me learn more about the ins and outs of Cecil and Harford counties.
